Please note that if a color service is booked incorrectly the appointment may have to be rescheduled.  If you are unsure of how your appointment needs to be booked, please call the salon to help you book appropriately.  All corrective color needs to be booked by the salon and service has an hourly rate of $100.

CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY

Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you, but we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are needed. 

 We respectfully request a 48-hour notice for cancelations.  Please realize that we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot when a cancelation happens less than 48 hours before it is scheduled.  2nd-time last-minute cancelations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee per service scheduled.  

We stand behind the policy in place and feel it is only fair to honor the same policy to clients.  If we cancel less than 48 hours, we will discount the service $25 for each service scheduled on your next visit.

We value your time and make a conscious effort to avoid running late when it is in my power.  Out of respect to all clients, services for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be modified or rescheduled if necessary.
